Individual coaching supervision
Your supervision session will be unique to you. As a collaborative partnership, we'll work out together how I can best meet your needs as a coach, in service of your clients.
My pricing structure is flexible, I believe all coaches should have access to quality supervision. Whether you're working with senior leaders with a corporate budget, or pro bono for a charity, we'll discuss what's fair and affordable for you.
The supervisory relationship tends to be longer than many coaching assignments so it's important you find a supervisor that's right for you. I offer an initial 'chemistry chat' then a supervision session free of charge to help you feel confident in your choice.
Each session is designed to support inquiry and exploration rather than focusing solely on solutions. My philosophy is rooted in humanistic principles, drawing on a range of influences to help you reflect on your coaching work.
My supervision style is relational, with a light touch on tools and techniques, ensuring that our conversations remain meaningful and impactful.

Group coaching supervision
Want a space to connect with other coaches? Or perhaps you want to supplement your individual supervision with some peer learning and collective inquiry. Then group supervision might be for you.
I offer both both fixed, small group supervision where you'll work with up to four other coaches for 12 months, and more flexible drop in group sessions.
My approach is to offer a a supportive space with enough structure for the group to function and with the flexibility for working with what emerges in each session. Key elements of my approach are:
- Peer learning & support – group members build strong bonds, often continuing to support each other beyond the supervision program.
-
Systemic awareness – we consider the broader context of your coaching challenges, recognising the influence of organisational and societal systems.
-
Confidence & capability building – we use reflective inquiry to help you develop your own unique practice.
Why not try a free drop-in session to experience group supervision for yourself.
