Coaching for leaders
If you've ever had a point in your career when you think 'I've got this' then you'll know that feeling of ease. You take things in your stride and perhaps surprise yourself at how much you're enjoying your work. Ease isn't the same as easy and there will still be complex challenges to navigate and the unpredictable will be part of everyday life. At times that confidence will bump up against inner struggles and doubt. Sometimes you'll feel totally aligned with your colleagues and at other times a gulf in perspective and ideas might emerge. And yet you'll find a way through, accepting that this is part of life.

Getting here requires work to hone your craft as a leader; staying here will most likely mean expanding the boundaries of your current practice. And not being here is ok too; sometimes life and work are hard!

My role as a coach is to work alongside you to help you find your inner balance and to navigate the inevitable bumps in the road as they arise.

Supervision for coaches
Coaching is rewarding, but it can be challenging. You support your clients—who supports you? Supervision is your space to reflect, untangle challenges, and keep developing as a coach. Whether you're fresh out of coach training or years into a well established coaching business, every interaction you have with a client will shape who you are as a coach. Supervision can support you in this constant evolution, keeping you grounded and providing clarity around your practice.

I believe passionately in the importance of supervision and offer flexible options to ensure it's available to all coaches. This includes a 'fair-exchange' pricing policy; that means your fee to me matches your fee to your client. Also the cadence of session is flexible to match your client workload. Group supervision is another option.
As a Supervisor I offer a collaborative partnership—a side-by-side relationship where we explore your coaching work together. I supervise independent and internal coaches across various industries, from newly qualified practitioners to highly experienced professionals. Coaches I work with often want:
